Prior to joining Capital West Partners in 2006, Andrew spent six years with the accounting firm Deloitte, where he was a manager in their assurance and advisory practice. Throughout his career, Andrew's specialty has been working with public companies across a wide range of industries with a focus on the mining and natural resources sector.

Advising clients on large, strategic acquisitions, Andrew has worked for over a decade providing counsel and expertise on take-over bids as well as equity financings.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Commerce, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.  He holds the designations of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
