Fred is a founding partner of Capital West Partners. Prior to Capital West, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pemberton Securities, a leading Canadian investment bank. Fred has been in the investment banking industry since the mid 60's, primarily in the areas of capital raising and mergers & acquisitions.
Fred graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Law degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
